Together with nbn™ we're working hard to keep the community connected through the challenges presented by COVID-19.

The nbn™ has recently announced a $150 million COVID-19 relief and assistance package, which includes a range of initiatives to support the community. Approximately $50 million will be directed to helping internet providers support low-income households with school-aged children who do not currently have an active nbn™ connection at home.

Can I Apply
For Hardship Relief Plans?

  • To be eligible for COVID-19 related financial assistance families must meet the following criteria:

    • are currently receiving Family Tax Part A or B
    • a member of the household is receiving JobSeeker or JobKeeper payments
    • have a family member with an .edu email account living at the service address.
  • Applications for the Boost25 plan will be reviewed and prioritised to get you connected as quickly as possible.
  • We're working with schools nationally to make sure those in greatest need are assisted first. To confirm eligibility for the Boost25 plan please send them a link to this page and let them know we may be in contact.

How fast will my nbn™ connection be?
The Boost25 plan features a network speed of 25Mbps down and 5Mps up. We aim to deliver the fastest connection possible for your chosen plan and delivery technology. Actual speeds can vary due to the network or factors outside of our control, for example your home Wi-Fi. Learn more here .
How do I connect to the nbn™ network?
It's fast and easy with our Online Sign Up or call to us on 1300 135 235. We'll get you online as fast as possible, often the same day!
Do you take my Credit Card details?
As part of our customer identification process we do require your credit card details. The initial charge will consist of the hardware costs associated with your order. The order summary will show the first billable amount and our team will be able to assist with a payment plan should it be required.
Who can I call for help?
New technologies can sometimes be confusing, our experienced team will personally assist with your nbn™ plan and Wi-Fi router selection. Call us on 1300 135 235.
What type of nbn™ will I have?
The nbn™ network uses multi mix technologies, your connection type will be dependent on the nbn™ rollout in your neighbourhood. Learn more about nbn™ delivery technologies here .
Can I use my existing modem?
Yes, depending on the features of your modem and the technology type of your nbn™ service but it's a good time to upgrade with Wi-Fi network speeds, coverage and stability improving all the time. Wi-Fi Upgrades .
